Now taking Hallaca & Pan de Jamón orders pa las fiestas

  • Hallacas are THE most important holiday dish in Venezuela and they are exclusively eaten during this time. Similar to a tamale (but better, if you ask us) hallacas are made from corn dough and stuffed with a flavor bursting stew made with the meat of your choice and then wrapped in plantain leaves, just like a little present from heaven 💛

Making hallacas is one of the most important traditions in our country, people gather with their friends and family to makes tons of these while listening to music, eating and drinking. Each family has their own signature recipe but obviously your mom’s hallacas are always the best hallacas.

It makes us really happy to be able to share this tradition with you all, a tradition that means so much to us and one that every Venezuelan that left the country misses deeply.

  • Another staple in ever table during the holidays in Venezuela.

Freshly baked homemade bread filled with smoked ham, raisins, olives, and covered with a sweet raw cane sugar glaze. Yum!
